It should be noted that it won't be a "big budget! one like the 2009 one. It'll be a top down PSN/Xbox live game. Similar to dead nation I believe.

Yeah, I think it'll take place in a new city with the rookie's new team as was stated at the end of the other game. Should be fun, looks good too. I tend to like these sort'a games too.

Great news!! I see this game will be released on XBox LIVE Arcade (plus PS network)…
The view of the game remembers me of games like ZOMBIES ATE MY NEIGHBORS (SuperNES/Genesis, 1993), which it´s my fave SNES game of all time.

Good find, and I'm excited that a sequel is being done. Not sure I'm excited on the top-down style though. But I will hold off until I actually play this thing - which believe me, I will buy on day 1!!
And after all the crap I've given atari over the lack of support on the last game, I feel I must thank them for making sure this is coming to both PS3 and X-box. (I am more than a little miffed that TellTale Games is only releasing the new Back to the Future game for PS3 ). And I really don't consider myself a Xbox fanboy, it's just what I have and I really can't justify buying a PS3 right now. And I completely realize there are those out there with PS3s that can't get or don't want an X-box. Why alienate the fans? The way Atari is planning this is right - let gamers play the game on the system they want/have.
