I'm thinking it has to do with the powerups.



In that picture you can see Ray has the “ethereal shield” and his uniform looks green. Also, it's very faint but there is a dark black stream coming from Egon's thrower. Dark matter generator? I feel like such a nerd right now ha ha.

This is a stretch and chances are I am probably wrong, but it looks as though the black stream is heading towards Ray's shield.

Could another player use a power-up on another person to say “I am going to save you?”

That would be interesting. Like using the medkits in L4D.

While most of the pictures definitely still look like the regular uniforms, there's a definite blue one, and absolutely Winston is in green at the end there.

It'll be interesting to see what they are exactly, given skanker's response.
