….just a little brain fart i had today… but it could be possible that the new NECA statues were sculpted after 88mph studio's designs….. i'm not sure if mr. stay puft has been mentioned, but we all know the green ghost is going to have a place in the pages of the new comics. now NECA has done some damn fine work, and one would think that NECA could have hit the nail a bit closer to the head, so to speak, in terms of looking like the creature from the first film. so… could it be possible that the statue is what the classic onionhead character is going to look like in the comci?

I saw a character sketch of Slimer in their booth portfolio and no, the statues look like something Neca themselves designed.

Yeah…in as much as they are both going from the original look, they are similar. But the GB artist's Slimer and the NECA Slimer don't really look a lot alike.

i thought i heard somewhere that 88mph had a sketch of the slimeball at SD… did you happen to grab a pic of that, castewar?
