Hi, I'm not new here…but I've never introduced myself formally and have been a lifelong Ghostbusters fan ever since my cousin gave me some of his RGB toys and I watched Ghostbusters 1 & 2 on the Disney Channel in the early 1990's.

hey, I'm new here as well. the Real Ghostbusters used to be my favorite show, but then it kind of fell off my radar. with all this hype about the new game coming out, I am finding myself all of a sudden obsesed with Ghostbusters again! I just picked up The Real Ghostbusters volume1 on DVD from Amazon, which is great!

looking forward to posting around here

I love that show too! I used to watch it everyday growing up and the DVD is amazing. i'm also really excited for the Video game that is supposed to be coming out..

Sup guys, I'm the latest newbie here and quite frankly I'm surprised I didn't discover this place sooner considering I fricken love ghostbusters.
Loved it ever since I first saw it. I eagerly anticipate Ghostbusters III.
this gonna sound weird but for a while I've made custom ghostbusters figures mostly based on the movie versions of the characters and I was kinda hoping I could make a topic out of it. Post some nice pictures and talk about what im making next etc.
One last thing before I shut up. If you ever ask me what ghostbuster I'm most like the answer will always be Dr. Raymond Stantz. probably because I'm 1.chubby, 2.overly enthusiastic in the face of impossible odds &3. I always screw up (hence the quote that is my signature).
(*ray) <SEE THAT, THATS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT.

Hi everyone! I'm Jen - I found this forum (sort of by accident) while looking up info about the GB movies. (I was actually doing a search on who had done the painting in GB2 of Vigo because, working in art myself, I was curious about it.)

This seems like a fun/interesting place to poke around, being a huge fan of the movies (and the RGB cartoon when I was younger) myself. Hope to get to know you all better!

Welcome aboard, Jen.

The Vigo prop was created by a team who was supervised by Glen Eytchison, who put some production art for the piece (which was an enlarged photo) up for auction in December.

Thanks, Kingpin!

I was having a hard time finding a name to really go along with the piece when I Googled the painting. All the things I found on it really just talked about the subject of the painting and not the creation of it. Much easier to find out info now that I have a name to check out.

I'll dig up one of the topics where Glen detailed the creation, and send it to you via PM.

Hi everyone,

I joined this forum to ask for your help! I am trying to find the ultimate gift for my boyfriend who is a huge ghostbuster fan. Any tips? I would really appreciate it! Thanks so much

A little background is needed. For instance are you getting him a gift for a special occasion (thus time sensitive) or are you getting him a gift just for the Hell of it. Additionally does he just like the movies or the Cartoon or is he just an all around fan. Finally how much are you looking to spend on said gift.
