Nominate Mod Groups!

Below, each user should have ONE message, just ONE message which they can edit if they wish. This post should explain how the moderators should be broken up (in which groups). For example Propping Advisors, Ghostbusters Gurus, etc. These are just (lame) examples which you should think about when drafting your own nominations.

Tabulations will be counted and we will put all group formations up to a vote for the community to decide. Please limit your posts to just one post per user so we can easily count things. If you need to add things, edit them.

Thanks!

I still don't see whats wrong with the Ghosthead or Mod format. They still have the same meaning only with a nicer name right? Ok if you want nicer names to cover up mod then how about ghostconsultant?

I agree with Kyle, there should probaby be some type of like real world ghostbusting group… Um also like a trivia group of people who know like all the nuiances of both films and all the cartoons and should just be the extremely knowledgeable members here… Next there should be a group just for all the non GB stuff you find in the Misc section. Next there should be a group for prop building and what have you… Lastly probably a group for like animation and websites and just the artistic/creative/recreational side of Ghostbusters! Well boys thats about it, thanks!

Summation:

1. Paranormal/Real World Group

2. Trivia/Beat the Geeks style Group

3. Misc/Non GB stuff Group

4. Prop group

5. Websites/art Group

How about we divide them into groups, but give the groups no particular names. Since the new boards were made, the moderators always had a name for the group, but they had no name set in stone. Maybe we could just have Prop Moderators, GB moderators, Misc. Moderators, and Paranormal moderators and then just give them whatever names they want.

What, no mod group for GBI Franchise? *rolls my eyes* I wanted that position as it were since day 1 of this new board. You do know that I AM representing the company of GBI as it were.

I agree that the groups shouldn't have any specific names. Mainly because most of the names suggested so far just sound kind of cheesy and lame. I would divide it up like this:

GB Mods: Covers the General, Comic, and GB3 forums.

Paranormal Forum Mods: A lot of people seem to want this forum to have it's own seperate group.

Fan Works Mods: The guys that cover everything the next two groups don't.

Props Mods: Everyone seems to be suggesting this forum have it's own group.

GBI Mods: Obviously, only those in charge of GBI and some of the franchises should be permitted to mess with that stuff. Somebody who's not involved in the system wouldn't know what to do with half of it, after all.

Misc. Mods: The Leftovers, really. But especially the Misc. Forum itself, as it's the busiest board on the site.

I don't know about seperate group names, but seperate mod groups is fine. I'd like to be either a misc. or paranormal mod, but I don't know if I will because it seems that I never get picked for mod stuff. I go to a few boards, and whenever they have positions available and ask who would want to be a mod, it seems that I'm always left in the dust.

But I don't think that we need that many gropus, just a GB section mod group, a fan section mod group, and a misc. section mod group.
