I would guess that that scene was scrapped because It didn't make sense..


If Venkmen was smooching some broad he wouldn't drop her as soon as his friends would show up and try to talk to him.

He wouldn't drop the chick and act embarresed. He didn't do that with Dana during GB2 in fact he left the decision up to dana whether or not to even interact with the boys in grey.


Likely he would simply wave them off in a “I'm busy, wait a minute.” fashion.

With all these spoilers popping up, I don't know if I should stay or go until I play the game.

Thanks for the vid, GBSUFF! Am I being overly critical, or does the game seem a lot less smooth than I was expecting? The scene at the beginning, as awesome as it is, does not flow with the Janine scene. And then they jump into the scene upstairs. I guess I aways imagined the story would flow more like a regular movie, but I'm now realizing it's just a video game. And with the fact that Ackroyd and Ramis didn't REALLY write the script (they just polished it up, whatever that means), plus what I've observed of the voicework (Annie Potts sounds like she mailed it in on this one), I don't know. Maybe this is just me complainin', but was I expecting too much?

Either way, I'm looking forward to it. And maybe a Ghostusters 3 down the road will ease my fears!

Aykroyd and Ramis did write the script to this. I think you're thinking of the Ghostbusters 3 script, where they're consulting.
