Over on the Atari forums, “Implausible” (noted as Administrator, Atari, Inc. Staff) posted the following:

Hey all,

I am working on getting some solutions together for the Xbox 360 Trophy's and the PS3 saves. I am trying to have something posted to for this by the end of the week (don't quote me on that). Thanks for your patience.

So maybe we'll finally get some support for this game after all.

I busted Wee Slimer in multiplayer the other night…dunno if there was a problem with him or not as I've never seen him before

Wee Slimer - while rare, isn't glitched like Polar and Glutton. He is the last Most Wanted Ghost you'll see until we get a patch. (Which hopefully will be coming soon now).

Glad to help. I wasn't sure about him either until I finally caught him. Then I did some searching online (hoping to find that the game had been patched). Unfortunately - no patch. He's just hard to get. (Which is fine - but also frustrating to know that as of now, the last two just won't appear).

EDIT: Update from “Implausible” over on the Atari Forum:

If any of you who are having the PS3 Save issue, could you pm me? I am trying to collect details on systems, progress, how many accounts are on the PS3, and any trophy's you have claimed. The more details the better as I am trying to reproduce this 100%. I am looking into the 360 issues but the PS3 Save issue is a little more critical at the moment, but it will be addressed.

Any one else ever noticed how certain sounds on the 360 version are distorted? Especially Janines voice. I've noticed it on other games too. Smackdown vs Raw for the ps3 for example. During the cut scenes for RTW the wrestlers voices sound as dodgy as a “free holiday to the Bahamas”.

Don't think i'm slating the 360 cuz i'm not. It's just something I notice on certain games on certain consoles (ps3 n 360 anyway). The commentating on both versions of fifa 2010, uncharted 2 sounds bit off to during talking. But Janine's voice does sound strange.

I know it's not my tv as i've tried it on 4 different ones. Oh well, nothing major, just annoying.

Finally got the rank of GB of the year.


I'm addicted to the Times Square missions purely because of having to face off with Stay Puft at the end.

Something I wish was implemented into the online game modes would be the option of using the down-graded proton pack. Either a seperate game mode or a setting or something. Its not a big deal or anything, I just think it'd be cool to play as the Ghostbusters with movie packs.

I love looking at the old footage from before the game came out. This was the first video (if i remember correctly) that showed gameplay. Well apart from the reveal video of the ball room (blitz! lol).
Looks so different yet, the same. I prefered the way the proton stream looked in this video, it looks like the first grade of the stream in multi-player still. You'll also notice how often the start up sound on the proton pack was being used back then. It was every time you vented the pack. The character seems to run slower to, or at least the animations seemed slower. But I still personally prefered the way the Rookie equiped the PKE meter back then as you see him put away the Wand first. Personal preferance, but i can see why they made it a straight transition to being behind the goggles as it's quicker.
