Didn't Egon said; “I'm looking at the trap!” juste after that?
And he was staring at the trap…

And he was staring at the trap…

He said “ I looked at the trap Ray. ”

that's one thing I never understood. As we saw, when the trap closes both Venkman and Spengs look away from the trap.

Yeah, but there's even more light when he's “closing” the trap… There might be no effects, except being blind for a moment… But for sure, that's not clear…

Sales or high reviews? I didn't like the last comment. You'd think they'd want both.

Another thought: They should throw in “Real Ghostbusters” skins/uniforms for fun.

What are all you guys talking about with the trapping sequence? They've always been able to hold a ghost in the streams while the trap is open. Remember? “Take your streams off as soon as I close the trap…”

Its not any different in GB2, they just open and close the trap so quickly that its not like the first movie where you have the time to see them take their streams off.

and one thing I did mention a few posts ago about Them actually looking away from the trap. in RGB, and XGB, they always looked at the trap when it was closing. Remember Ray said “ Don't look at the trap when it's closing ” I hope they fix this.

The only thing I think could work is having the screen go blurry for a moment, or white out. To be perfectly frank, I'd hate it if the screen went blank every time a ghost went into the Trap. That said, I don't mind them just sticking with being able to view the trapping as is.

I suppose it could work like Counter Strike's flash grenades, if your looking at it when it goes boom the screen goes white for a few seconds, if you turn your buster nothing happens? (EDIT 24th page :-))

well you could have them just looking away from the trap, which in GB1 & 2 they do.

All these ideas about the screen going blank/fuzzy/white when the traps close are great for a 1st person game.

But this game is 3rd person.

i'm sure they could sneak a “shielding eyes” or “looking away” animation into the equation. Not something you as a player has to do! But just makes it that little more “canon” as people are putting it…seeing as it's still early days i'm sure these things will be brought up and tweaked!

I can live with that, animate the characters, but don't mess with the screen.
