LOL You're not kidding when you say a little info, but thats cool that you get to play as the ghost, yay playing as the ghost would always be fun.

Unlockable skins or jumpsuits would rule.

On a side note, are we even sure you get to play as the GB's at all? I mean I thought the game was based upon you being a new recruit. Therefore, the 4 original characters were only going to be helping you throughout the game. I thought being the “real” movie ghostbusters, (no pun intended), was going to be reserved for multi-player.


Finally, we need a create your own GB mode.

You play the 5th guy in the games story mode, I think playing as the regular Ghostbusters is reserved for multiplayer.

Yeah I think its best if this game focuses on movie continuity rather than RGB continuity, however RGB was how I discovered Ghostbusters in the first place, and considering that the toys and comic books were all based off the animated series, it accounts for a very large portion of my GB childhood experience, so I'm *hoping* there'll be an RGB follow up game which complements this one.

One thing I'm concerned about though is the control system. I'm hoping its crisp and intuitive, as twitchy cumbersome controls can completley wreck an otherwise great game. There's nothing worse than unintentionally running into the wall with the camera zooming in on your arse as you frantically try to turn round and blindly fight the thing thats beating you to death. If they can get that right then this will be awesome beyond belief.

I just got the Gameinformer magazine just because of the cover

But i am sadden to hear that there will be no co-op. but they did say they wanted to make a series out of this, maybe they will have a co-op mode in the next one, depending how this sells

If it came down to no multiplayer vs mode or no co-op, I would also pick multiplayer vs mode.

But the ps2 and wii version single player mode can be splitscreen up to 4 players. but the graphics are more cartoonish.

maybe ill buy both

so is it confirmed there is no co-op? They could've always change it at the end. Like Blacksite Area 51, they took out their co-op to ‘polish’ the game.

they didn't confirm that there's no co-op . they just said that they weren't talking about it yet. I have the issue as well.
