Just checked the tracking info a few minutes ago and was happy to see it listed as being on my porch! The styrofoam peanuts were a nice little touch, if a bit messy. And the PKE meter itself is very cool! It's bigger than I thought it would be. (*winston) Would've been nice if Mattel had somehow tied the pace of the wing-lights to the movement of the wings(rather than being separate functions), but ah well, it's still got a lot of great features as is.

That's how it was done on the original prop, Harold operating a dial on the back which affected the light speed.

Kingpin, out of interest how do you know it was the same working to what Harold used in the movies? Also, did you buy your Pke from Matty Collector only I didn't think they we're shipping worldwide… Thanks in advance.

Got a bit of a laugh messing around with my PKE meter today: so I said to my brother(who isn't a GB fan) “check out this cool new gadget I got.” I switched it on and started messing with the dials for a few moments and told him to guess what it does. One of his guesses was a metal detector :-). Maybe I should've told him it's a shoe polisher.

Because there's a near-identical dial on the back of the real prop and a community member was able to get a few minutes with the real deal to actually play with it:

Got mine yesterday.

Very, very cool. Everyone seemed to get a kick out of it, except my dog. lol
