Hi Ghostbusters Fans, I haven't been on this forum for awhile but when I foundout about the replica Pke Meter from Mattel I had to just ask how do I go about getting one in the United Kingdom? Aparently I can't order it from there website as they don't ship to other countries outside America, They sell them on eBay but only by PayPal… You see I can only pay by money order or british postal order, so will it ever be sold in the UK by a eBay seller in the UK also? As I can only pay the way I say'd above.

There's really no way for any of us to know if some random person in the UK will put them up on eBay.

Had you caught this just a few days sooner, you could have had someone on the boards grab you one and then ship it to you, but it's sold out now.

I'm not sure if PayPal Money Paks are available in the UK, but it's worth looking into. Anyway, why not get a PayPal account? It's easy to sign up for and can really come in handy, as you're learning now.

And just because you may have missed out on the PKE meter now, I wouldn't be too worried if I were you. If you keep a close eye out on MattyCollector.com, I'll bet the PKE meter will go on sale again at some point from leftover sales, like they recently did with a lot of the figures. You could have someone here order one for you then.

In any case, I'd be shocked if Mattel were able to resist the temptation of the potential sales they could get by re-releasing this thing leading up to Halloween of next year. (*peter)

I cant get a PayPal account as I don't own a debit or credit card which is what you need to have PayPal, the only way is to use a money order through America & a British Postal through the UK… That is my only and last way of paying for anything on the internet!

I was hopeing to get it in January, if a seller in the UK sells it ofcourse, if not I will have to get my brother to get me one and bring it over as he's coming over for a holiday in January. I really, really want that prop lol!

I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Out of interest, does any GB fans have a pke yet in the United Kingdom?

Unless it is a special promotion copy, no one has the PKE yet. It's not scheduled to start shipping from the warehouse until about December 12th.
