good question dane, I guess the main reason is for people new to this message board that arent aware of how things run yet, or people who dont post all that often may not want to go searching for old posts of theres to see if there sig image worked, but mostly its here to keep the number of *THIS THREAD MAKES NO SENSE TESTING MY SIG IMAGE* threads down to a minimum.

ive been trying to figure this out FOREVER!!! how in the world do you splash/flash animations. ive been killing my brains over this for soooooo long and still havent the foggiest notion how (ive obviously done pretty well on learning photoshop). is it a special program you need? is it some kind of crazy html code? what!?!?!?!?!?!
