Ok,now so far, in nearly every GB3 idea, script or whatever (except egbfan's and mine)I have read that the GBs believe that they are too old, so they hire 4 new younger busters, is it me? Or does this smack of Extreme Ghostbusters a little too much. I had no problems with the series, but I'm sorry it should stay a cartoon.

Now let's look at this:

Four new GBs arrive, the jump from old to new will be ridiculously fast. The new GBs will probabley upstage the old ones… and lets face it… The plot will be too similar to the 1st and 2nd. Which dont get me wrong, are all well and good, but come on… The same plot thrice?

It just seems to boring… to me, and whilst I would go and see it like that, I wouldn't enjoy it as much!

My next point is would you really want a cartoon villain to be the baddie? Would the plot not be too similar to the cartoons?

Anyway that's just my view…

And I'm sorry if this sounds like I'm up myself, but I feel a great plot idea would be my script Ghostbusters 3:Heat Rash… The reason why I say this is simple, the Ghostbusters are succesful, the originals have good parts, and the way new members are introduced is original… But that's just my view!

My reply is this that the GB2 villain (Vigo) was not as good as a villain was William Atherton aka Mr. Peck bring him back or have him do something he's a guy everyone loved to hate and thats why he was a good villain.

:0 well we all have to face it there has to be new ghostbusters so the idea of haveing new gbs is not takein it from egb. think about there all old, the orginial should be in the 3ed one but not so much busting but teaching and stuff.

Im not sayin there shouldn't be new GBs, but the whole method of getting them is rubbish!

thats all fine and well, except for harold ramis….if anyone saw orange county you would see my point. Egon is my fave and having him way upwards of 240 pounds is kinda weird.

I think that they should get rid of the idea that they fell through, its been done in the second one. they should be in their prime, having fans everywhere. The villain should be a guy who has almost nothing to do with the supernatural world. But has connections to it, almost as if he can control it. But hey thats just me, doesn't mean they should do it like that. You know, to be honest, Im content with just the two movies. Another one might not be too good.
