Old GB3 Wizard Article

I was looking through a bunch of old Wizard Magazines (the guide to comics)

Anyways there was this section that was talking about upcoming movies, and one they had was GB3

The short little squib talked about a few things, the most notable thing was

- Bill Murray's character (Pete Veikman) would die and come back as a ghost to help out the GB's.

Of the reviews Ive read of the script, they all say Murray's character appears in an unexpected way, or something of that sort, so Im not suprised if the above is what they were refering to.

The funniest part about the whole thing was

Yeah, but I can't think of a character in ghostbusters dying. BTW, it's spelling Venkman not Veikmen or how ever you said it .

usually when they put a release date as when hell freezes over they are joking. :-(

I e-mailed Stax (the guy who did the review of the GB3 script) and he said God appeared to the boys in the form of Venkman… pretty clever, I say. Go Aykroyd! BTW I think that is an extremely accurate release date.

Now I feel left out. I dont think that was in his review was it? Was there anything else that he told you guys about the script?

lol; he left it out in the offchance GB3 ever got made. I figure it won't and if it ever did they'd probably either just start off with a new script entirely or retool the heck out of that one.
