*If you really think about it the “Grey vs. Khaki” arguement is moot…The color of the uniforms depends on which light they were seen in…I.e. the guys running on the street in afternoon light makes them appear grey…Under man-made lights they appear light khaki…

*See where I'm going with this?…I'd say they are the latter, as that's the color you see them as in the majority of the scenes, and in photographs from the movie and such…

That makes sense, I know mine looks slightly different under different lighting (full-spectrum incandescents–tan; normal incand.–grayish; fluorescent–tan or grayish; daylight–grayish). It also depends on the background.
