Co-OP would have gave it a 9.0

The third floor is a paranormal level of the Firehouse. lol.

Perhaps they never fixed the roof from the first film?

As for the ‘no customizeable player’ and ‘no co-op’, I can't say I didn't expect either of these. The cut scenes have been relatively obvious that they are pre-rendered, meaning whatever your character might look like in the game, he would instantly change back to default when a cutscene appears. That kinda of thing is generally quite a big no no, destorying the flow of the game as well as decharacterizing you while playing. A bog standard looking guy who doesn't speak works, like the character in Pokemon. Co-op can be quite difficult if the game has been specifically designed to only work for one player, but we're talking events and triggers that occur while ingame rather than actually writing the code just for a second player to jump in.

No co-op and no customization is by far the two most trivial things people complain about in a video game.

To be honest, customization only works in RPGs and anything else is just supurflous.

As for co-op, as I said even if it sounds good in paper doesn't mean it sounds good in practice.

To be fair, customization would have been badass (assuming there were no pre-rendered cutscenes, which makes customization useless), as the customization system for Playstation Home is very in-depth, and my in-Home character looks just like me. If, like the Wii can do with Miis, the PS3 game could have used my Home model, it REALLY would have been like I was joining the team.

That's not a complaint, mind you, just an observation. I'm fine with how it is, I'm pointing out the potential. Maybe for a sequel?

The Co-op thing? The devolopers had a perfectly good, logical reason against it. I don't think there's anything that can be said against it. It's not like they “forgot,” it wouldn't work with how they made the game, narratively.

With all due respect, in my opinion customization is the last thing on the list of any game. It is nice to have yes, but it is not needed in a game like this.

Obviously. Nowhere in my statement did I note that it was required. I just said it would have been cool.
