Ouch thats some high system requirements. Looks like I need to replace my 7600GT then (which would have the side benefit of allowing me to run Red Alert 3 at higher graphics settings)

Looks like I am going to be ok spec wise. My only issue is that I am EU so will have to import buy to get it in June.

I used to use Play Asia when importing the Japanese PS2 version of the Winning Eleven series a few years back so that I was playing the latest version of Pro Evoulation Soccer months before we got PES.

I would use them again and they have the US PC version listed but open to other suggestions anyone else has for importing the PC version from the US to the UK.

I dunno. I don't think the MB rating is as important as other parts.

I have a 8800GTS that is 320MB 320-bit. I am not too worried about it not having enough memory.

I wouldn't count on that card pushing past 26-30 FPS in a high intensity area where there are alot of ghosts and action going on ontop of the physics. As for Nvidia's PhysX being supported, thats a very slim possibility. The game engine they're using was developed in house and also comes with its own in-house physics engine called VELOCITY. They beat Nvidia to the punch on this title.

It also largely depends on which OS you're using, how much RAM you have, the processor model and speed that you're using to try and keep those lines of data wide open. An 8800GTS 320 MB is a very old card by industry standards. It's not even a retail sku anymore. As for anyone looking for a card upgrade from a 7000 series or lower Nvidia card, i'd strongly suggest looking at the remodeled 9800's or even doing the GTS 250 if you're looking for a strong but cheap upgrade in the Nvidia sku's. If you want to break the 200$+ line i'd recommend hitting up the GTX series. The GTX 260 Core 216 and the GTX 275 are both bargain buys in the upper card echelon that Nvidia offers.

I used http://www.Dvdboxoffice.com to order GB on PC, comes from Canada works out at £35 inc shipping.

Never play games on my laptop and just realised ive an onboard graphics card not good enough for the game and cant be replaced

Verdic,

Thanks for the info.

I was thinking about getting another one and running it in SLI. I have 8GB ram, Vista, dual core processor.. etc. Might think about updating things a little bit.. but I'll probably just play it on my XBox.

I have Vista w/ 3 gigs of RAM, a 2.33 dual core processor, and an 8600 GT w/ 256 megs of RAM. Do you think I'll be able to run this game?

maybe, not sure. your gpu seems alittle week. may be able to play it at low settings, but still not sure. your other specs are solid though. maybe upgrade your gpu and you should be fine.

Its a good thing I'm getting this for the 360 as I don't think my PC will run it, the only way I think I'd upgrade it is if the PC version turns out to be moddable, but I don't think it will be.

getting it for both pc/360. for pc since keyboard/mouse is the closes thing to the wii setup, and since wii somewhat copied the style. getting the 360 version cause of LIVE, and got a wired 360 controller for my pc so i can have the best graphics via pc.
