I suggest looking at this site, it is run by a friend of mine, and they specialize in mods for this kind of message board. I also am a support team member for the phpBB, so any kind of help you may need can be asked from me.

There are some good hacks you should install, like Birthdays, Easy Times in the Profile, a calender, maybe even add on the portal codes (I wrote).

I think it's a great idea! I've always (since saturday) thought this board could use some improvement .
