Picked Up By Atari?

Yea, that's about as illegitimate a fear as it can get. The game was extremely close to being done. All of the voicework was done. There is absolutely no sense in having them end up redoing all of that based on wanting to redo a completely finished product.

Thats what I'm thinking that they're thinking as well, that Atari is going to remake the game. Personally, I really can't see that happening since the game was pretty close to be completed before it got dropped.

wtf a year? Last time I heard the game was almost finished, putting finishing touches etc.

It takes a YEAR to do that? I really hope in a YEAR they can put more things into it.. hopefully a good co-op.

To me, next year is anytime between January and December, I bet anything that it comes out in June, cause it'd make no sense to delay the game a full year.

The “about a year” that Dan is talking about could just be the time it is going to take to clear up all the red tape, and as far as finishing touches, I believe that the game has been finished for sometime now, and because of the “ACTIBLIZZARD” merger, all the legal stuff/negotiations or renegotiations that had to take place were the real reasons for the delay.

That's pretty much everyone's definition of a year though :tongue: But yeah, I would rather have a release in June then say October. But at this point we don't know for sure when it'll come out, though Dan is trust worthy I am not doubting that, how many times has he said GB3 will be made and in the end it never got made?

The game is a different case though, since it's already made and just waiting to hit stores. I just hope we get a second confirmation on this SOON.

so now that atari picked it up, does that mean we get demo soon? maybe a month. I REALLY WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME!!!my head will explode

probably not. demos dont usually get released until a month or two before the release.
