I am looking for a good pke meter prop that lights up on the arms and also has an up and down motion for the arms. If anyone knows where i can get one please let me know. I am willing to pay a decent price for one.

what kind of shoe polish is the body of the pke?

Well, the PKE was made from and IONA shoe polisher. And as for finding a prop of one that has all the lights and motorized arms, that's not going to be too easy. From what I know a lot of people are still working on that one.
