Possible Reason for GB III Delay

Ok, I was doing some non-research, and came up with certian ideas on why there's such a delay on a GB III. My friend Lucas and I were discussing movies, and Harold Ramis and the fact of a possible GB III came up. We have decided that there will indeed be a GB III (by the by if they're making such a crappy rendition of the Hulk– I saw them filming on my trip to Hollywood– they're has to be a GB III) it's just that Harold Ramis is busy with other projects, like my friend Lucas says, he's filming “Analyze That” and doesn't have time for a GB III, and the last time I saw him, he got really really fat. (This was on the GB 1 DVD) So once there is some weight loss and he has no projects GB III will be on the way, and filmed without a leak of info. A secret project, if you will. Then you go to see a movie and see a trailer: “'It was just any normal day when…' then you hear ‘Who you gunna call?…. GHOSTBUSTERS!!’” and people will scream and cheer in the theator and the movie will break box office records!

So they're gonna make it once Harold is done with “Analyze That”?

Well, if it weren't for the other factors that are contributing to GB3's chances, that'd be a pretty good theory. I don't know if it would be like that in the theaters, but it'd be cool if it was.

I like your thinking, except for the Harold weight loss part. First, he's not THAT fat, and second, I wouldn't care if he slimmed down or not. But your thinking would be somewhat logical, except all that red tape that this production has.

Maybe the fact that Bill Murray wants to be paid alot in advance for a minor charactor. Also, he wants to be killed off in the first two minutes of the movie and play the part of a ghost that haunts the Firehouse just doesn't exactly fit the script at t his point, so lets keep hoping that he changes his mind, and Harold Ramis isn't fat you are meanies.

thats a very good point, the only problem is ramis's wheight. i mean you cant just lose that much wheight in 3 yrs..did you see him in as good as it gets?? he was huge! i dont know if hell ever slim down to how he was back in the old days..he was much younger, and those were different times..but luckily dan still has his talent, judging from evolution..murray is shooting a new film..oh well..hopefully dreamworks will release it in 2005..
