Rainmaker is the descendant of what was Mainframe Entertrainment, so I believe these movies are also being produced in Canada.

That's correct. Series III was successfullly resolved, bar the new thread of Daemon. She was dealt with, including a few other issues over a series of two made-for-TV ReBoot movies. The second TV movie dealt with the sudden appearance of a non-web corroded Bob, bringing questions as to the web corroded Bob's identity. This then led to a character returning, only to end on a unresolved cliffhanger.
A cliffhanger completed by the webcomic, but I found that, and Season IV to be rather unsatisfactory.
