Everytime I see this situation, it just gets worse and worse.

The only way to “contact him” on his site is a broken 404 link. Being that he stated this is the only means to contact him, that's not a good image.

I figured that since I invested the money over a year and a half ago, it's not current money and I could wait.

I have not crossed to this point yet, but I'm wondering that if the time comes that I request a refund, I just want to make sure that Graham Crackers will be able to provide (I'm fairly certain they will. The guy who runs the place is cool.)

Someone on the Weaver Hall boards was right. The time has come for alternate financial solutions. The longer this plays out, the more people are going to drop it, and the farther this is going to be from ever being completed. I think a business loan is in order to cover the people who still want one, and then pay it back over time. Sorry, but it's time to finalize a pre-paid product.

Sure, it would be easy to call a fan a “traitor” for thinking about wanting to back out now. But it's getting closer to the two year mark. How patient does a person need to be? When does “loyal” become “ridiculous”?
