Hmmm, I wouldn't count it as a plan, not if it was just one bit and only explained it in a short way, but somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

I talked to my engineering inclined brother, and he said that while a diagram covering a whole prop is a set of plans, a diagram covering one part of the prop is a prop tip.

oh in that case, i support Kingpins idea and think that is a great suggestion. Besides, he makes such great prop tips as well
