It's a sudden change… and it'll take a while to get used to, but I like it… the only thing that might need tinkering with is the size of the dark grey portion… not sure what it's like on other monitors but on my laptop it occupies a bit less then half the screen… and feels a bit like (In my perception) wasted space.

I agree with Kingpin though. You may want to extend the main area (white column) a bit, then centre it on the screen and it will be fine for even 800x600 res.

I may, but I don't. The site is designed for old school, 600 by 800. I have several ideas that may use a portion of the dead space on the right, but for now, it is what it is. It's been the same layout for over six years - the with of the old site was the same, and nobody thought it was a problem.
So, until portable computing dies, or I decide to do something with the space, it is as I like it.

Dug up an old thread to ask a new question: Anybody else getting the error message that protoncharging is unavailable because it has exceeded its monthly traffic limits?

Proton Charging is temporarily down thanks to a provider admin screw-up - It Must Be August!
