Whatever, its a free country, I'm damn well allowed to post whatever I think, despite what you might think, and as I said, I will never accept what Activision did, it was a stupid decision, plain and simple.

Then so am I, hypocrite.

The point is, post something new at least. All you've done is post the same crap about boycotting Activision and “they're stupid” and “I don't understand big business”. Several people have explained it. Move on.

You were warned that its annoying to people to continue to just post the same whining bitching crap, so don't expect to not have people get annoyed and bitch at you for acting so immaturely.

Activision owns Terminal Reality.
Terminal Reality is privately owned. We are an independent developer. We are not owned by Activision.

Yeah, whatever, as I said, it was a stupid decision, and even though you don't mind, that doesn't mean that everyone else doesn't, and a 8-9 month delay is just unacceptable, but *shrugs* If it makes you happy, then that's good for you.

Thank you for proving my point exactly.

I said that I mind. I just said its not as bad as you're making it out to be.

And wait… “it was a stupid decision”?! Wow, its almost like I've never heard you say that before… oh wait, the chalkboard to my right puts the count at somewhere around 23 times.

And if its “unacceptable”, then don't buy the game. Otherwise you're just spewing words that you don't actually believe in. If you will wait the 9 months and still buy it, then clearly, you've accepted that delay on some level.

Bull, an 8-9 month delay is not bad? Its very bad given that most anything could happen during that course of time. Hell, for all we know, this could become the second Duke Nukem Forever and never come out due to delay after delay after delay.

And yes, I still intend on buying the game, but that doesn't mean that I can't complain about a bad decision that a stupid company made.

I stand corrected, thanks for clarification.

24 times…

You are entitled to complain. That's what you don't get here. But coming on here everyday and not adding anything new to the conversation is annoying. All you ever post is that “Activision is stupid” and “this delay is unacceptable”. Exactly what is that adding to the conversation? Or better yet, what reaction are you expecting after you've posted it for the 5th time? That people are going to all of a sudden be like, “You know what? This guy's right. Let's storm Activision Headquarters with picket signs telling them how stupid they are.” You're entitled to vent… but when you're “venting” is just the same thing posted over and over again, its just annoying to others who want to come on here and discuss the limitless possibilities for the game, not wallow in their own self-pity because they can't wait 9 extra months for something they've been waiting for forever for.

And by the way, go ahead and tell me how many games have gone into the developmental hell that Duke Nukem Forever has. Delays happen. They're part of the entertainment business.

Hence, grow up and stop acting like a baby who's lollipop has been stolen.

Yeah, you just think I'm supposed to be happy that Activision made a huge delay for something that I was quite looking forward to, and again, I'll say it, a 2 to 3 month delay would've been fine, but an 8 to 9 month delay is just bad, very bad.

And by the way, go ahead and tell me how many games have gone into the developmental hell that Duke Nukem Forever has. Delays happen. They're part of the entertainment business.

Yes, there are delays, but that one particular game has been delayed for like, forever, and quite frankly, I don't want to see that happen to this game as well.

No one expects anyone to be happy about it, but quite honestly how many times can you reiterate the same message that you have been for the past few weeks?

I think we get your point by now. You think Activision is stupid for this. You think the delay is bad. You are unhappy.
