I don't believe that a video tutorial currently exists, but it's a project that could be done certainly.

I believe there is a video tutorial someone had made and was selling for like $10 a while back. I'm not sure if they are still being made or not. As Brad pointed out Proptopia is a great place to go for questions on your props. Other places you could look include http://www.gbproject.com - This site is affiliated with Proptopia (the same guy Venkman71 runs both places), and http://www.gbprops.com run by AJ Quick, is another good place to visit if you plan on building other Ghostbusters props, like the trap, uniform, etc. Be sure to post some pictures of your work .
