You need to be more descriptive so that people understand what you're talking about.

Is it in the Playstation Store? I've looked under all Themes and Wallpapers and don't see anything titled Ghostbusters.

What region are you in? etc.

Answering questions instead of saying “its under game” will help people to find it so that we can all install it.
