People say we need to give Chad another chance. Fine. Here it goes. If Chad can honestly give a good answer to these questions, then wow. Will I ever be surprised.

Question #1: Chad, why is it that all these “legal issues” you keep talking about came to bear at the same time the TexasGB was stripped of his admin powers? Or is TexasGB's losing of his admin powers your real reason for returning?

Question #2: Chad, how come you got rid of mods who were doing a great job, but kept mods that were accused of threatening other users? You are now the person in charge of this site, and you are knowingly giving positions of power to people you know to be abusing them.
Doesn't that sound like it could become a legal issue?

Question #3: You have stated that certain members lacked respect. What were they lacking respect for, the rules or you? As a second part to this question, don't you think it was disrespectful of you to swoop in and take the boards back without any notice to those left in charge? Surely, you could have just told them to steer clear of certain things (lest they be shut down) and they would have complied. Or is the legal issue really just a cover-up for your real motives?

Question #4: Why is it that so many people are angry with you?
