What is the cheapest you've made a pack that looks, well, like a pack?

I'm starting to get free time and the pack is on the horizion, but funds are drying up faster than I can get them… So I'm looking for as many cheap (not quailty cheap) alternitives as I can find.

Look for my unpainted pack in the Props section.. that was made for under $100, I would guess.. plus all the stuff that isn't in the pictures. (Alice Pack, Clippards, Knobs, Connectors)

Well so far the pack I'm making hasnt exceeded $100 because most of the wood we had to use was just lying around anyway.
