Quitting is for wimps! Just kidding man smile As a smoker myself, I know how hard it is to not to light up a smoke when you have a craving, or when you're down or something like that. But here's hopin' that you can quit successfully.

You once helped me, now I will help you. I find its easier to crave dumb shit and if you wanted to crave a smoke, crave the dumb shit. Example would be like instead of a cig, how abount one of them little cans of vineanna sasauge or a moutian dew… lol, sorry, I'm tried here.
But still, you have my support, you know where to find me man.

thanks there boys. lolsmile its all in my head y'know? if i were to light up right now i'd be so buzzed! then my stomach would somewhat work in reverse for a minute or 2. its just habit, getting up, smoking my brains out all frigging day. lolsmile i'll save $100 (canadian) a month. maybe i'll buy DVD de-scrambler card.
im gone.
