Argh, you already received it ? I can't wait to get mine…

But I do notice that the packaging is not resealable this time ? Hope the 12" packaging is…

You're in for a world of disappointment.

The 12" figure has the least collector-friendly packaging of all time.

Seriously, you've been warned.

Really? Everything I've seen makes it look really easy to put everything back in the packaging for that one.

A little bummed that the 6" isn't resealable like Egon, but I wouldn't reseal it anyway. It would just be kinda cool to display the empty packaging too.

Wow, the 6“ Stantz' likeness is a lot more accurate than the prototype would suggest.

Very nice…too bad I still think the 12” Ray looks like Hal from Malcolm in the Middle…or potentially John Cusack( though I still want the figure).

I despise re-sealable backer cards, as the entire intention of them is pretty much flawed:

it's to be able to let a collector who likes to keep it carded also open and display it, then put it back good as new. A sort of “cheat”, instead of just buying two. Yeah…that doesn't work when you have twisty ties in place initially, cause unless you literally have nothing better to do with your life, you're not getting those twisty ties back on exactly as they were when you first received the product.

Oh, and the tape that's put on the backer card to hold the card and blister together have to be cut to open the figure.

The whole concept….I just find to be utterly idiotic…..

That's who i thought he looked like since the first time they released a pic of the 12 inch figure. I thought i would be alone on this.

I'm pretty dissapointed about the non resealable package, never occured that that was just a feature for the exclusive. I don't know whether to open him or not now. Really glad I didn't go for a 12" now if the packagings a problem as I'd have been gutted if the only way to remove the figure was to mess the box up.

I know it's probably not a big deal to most but I like to keep the packaging in order so I can put the figures back in. Not for re-sale as I usually remove any ties etc anyway so it's clear it's been opened, I just like the option for different display purposes and storage if ever required.

Still… can't wait to receive mine, the pictures taken make the figure look far better than even the prototype looked!

I prepared myself a little budget to how much to buy…

2x Winston 6“ : To have one loose trap
2x Peck 6” : To have one loose Containment Unit (to use the trap with)
2x Venkman 6" : One to display with the containment unit and trap

I'm going to buy one of each after that, to keep MOC.

That's a good strategy, I might do the same.

I'm really bummed that of all things the 12" packaging isn't resealable.
