Doctor Venkman
Wow… never knew that. That's funny that it was a Garfield game. What is with all the connections with Garfield and Ghostbusters? Especially since the GB in the game is Venkman.

The original voice actor for Peter Venkman was a man by the name of Lorenzo Music. He also did voice acting as the voice of Garfield for the Garfield cartoon. He was replaced by Dave Coulier because Bill Murray though he didn't sound anything like him.

That was my point… that these two franchises seem to keep getting intertwined.

Even back on the old GBN, it's weird to me seeing the No-Ghost logo facing the right rather than the left, but that poster is hella good.

Indeed! That is one hella cool GB 1 poster. Possibly the coolest I've ever seen. I don't know if its explained why but why is the logo reversed??

It's supposedly something to do with how the Prohibition symbol is depicted on signs in Europe, here in the UK it's mirrored.

An alternate/additional suggestion was it somehow made the title easier to read.

Frankly I've never seen why the way it's displayed on a road sign should affect a movie poster, and I don't see how that ‘reads better’ explanation works, either.

Yea. That really doesnt make any sense at all. We have that symbol as a road sign here in the states as well but the logo is still the same.

Anyone notice that there was a picture of Dan working on the Ecto-1 BEFORE it was painted white?? I don't believe they had that in a scene in GB1. I could be wrong.

*I believe it was Micheal Gross who said that he got the idea from the British , and being as though the “prohibition”, or “no” symbol faces the right, as oppossed to the left over in the UK, he “didn't want to piss them off”

*I guess for over here in the U.S. he liked the “left facing” version better (*winston) …
