Original logo for the film? I thought the one with two legs was the original logo and that ‘in front of the prohibition symbol’ one was an odd varient.

I'm assuming…not 100%. I've seen that particular logo on concept art dated 10/88, as well as on the cover of an early draft of the script.

That is the full set - they were available in Quebec (which is where I got them, way back when - we picked the perfect time to travel cross-country that year) and a couple of markets in the States. It's possible other parts of Eastern Canada got them too, but I know for a fact that Western Canada didn't have them.
