Well, you would need a business license and probably a degree in physcology or paraphyscology. Not to mention advertising and you need money to start on too, after all you have to find a setup. When you're an paranormal investigator you probably dont make much, plus the real equipment is very expensive. I probably left a bunch of crap out but thats a few things.

Well, you can amke props but the only way to et your hands ont he equipment that works like the ones our team uses is by contacting GBI and talking to them about it.

Sorry, derekt, but trapping ghosts with Ghostbusters-like equipment is not possible.

The most advanced equipment, most likely, are devices that read levels of certain things in the enviroment around them, although there is no PKE device.

If you want to make a franchise, make props, take pictures of yourselves using the props and use Photoshop or something to make it look like you're busting. Then post it on a site, and make it look like you're really doing something.

If you want to look into real “ghostbusting,” look into real paranormal investigation orgainizations. There are real investigators but not eliminators.

If you have an interest to really start something, look into paranormal investigation. If you just want to start a Ghostbusters Fan Franchise, than look all around you. there are many.
