Oh, my god!! I've got my GBI franchise on Spain and we bust lots af ghost each day.
(let'e do some role play)
Please derekt, are you really 13??
Ghostbusters is a film and we are the fans (some of us freaks).
The only way to do a GBI franchise is buying the GBI ROLE PLAY GAME and photocopy the ending pages, which have franchise oficial papers (but remember that it's just a game.
Thanks

Sorry vill, i believe that you are wrong. The GBI Paper work is now available for order via the GBVA website, and for those who arnt looking for paper work most franchises get verification through owning a website. The GBI Role Playing Game Core Rules hand Book, is a good companion, but the information available in it is now available elsewhere, so owning the GBI Book is not a needed item. Also in the term of role play, i mean not in dice and story telling but in the relm of LARPs…for those of you who do not know what a LARP is, it's Live Action Role Playing. If you have any other questions about RPGs or LARPs, i recomend shooting an e-mail off to either me(i kinda work at a game store) or to Mr. Belmont(who has a most impressive collection of D20 books).

I am not sure if this Mr. Tully has resolved this issue but here is a posting dated:

“August 24, 2002 12:51 PM PDT
——————————————————————————–
Sorry Dr. Harhman, GBI is going to have to ask you to cease and desist with the disrtibution of official GBI paperwork. Those legal documents are for GBI franchise owners ONLY, and not for the eyes of the public at large.”

I understand that Mr. Tully did not post a complete response as he did also state that he would ‘get back to you’ in regards to you posting the said documents.

If Mr. Tully could post as this is most confusing whether these documents would be legally binding if downloaded.

Many Thanks

Re: Public distribution of GBI contracts

Dear Ghostbusters,

It is our understanding that the GB Virginia office has made available for public inspection the official contract that GBI draws up between itself and new franchisees. Originally, there was some concern about these documents being made public and available for download, and its legality.

We at GBI Legal have determined that it is NOT unlawful for the GBVA office to make these contracts available to the general public. We understand that it is important for future franchisees to be able to look over these documents in order to make an informed and educated decision about joining our corporation.

As to the matter of how ‘legally binding’ these forms are. Unless the papers have been sent to you through the GBI central office and the terms of franchise have been agreed upon by both parties (GBI & Franchisee), then the documents are simply meaningless forms.
