I've decided to part with this. I may also be parting with some pieces of my RGB collection (various items like watches and radios), but I haven't decided yet. Post offers here. I would be willing to possibly trade for something, but it depends what it is.

Um, any pics or more info about this? Doesn't make sense to make an offer without some actual info.

Oh, sorry, I just assumed it was pretty well known that this prototype existed. Anyway, I don't have anything but a scanner, so the best I can do is scan the certificate of authenticity that came with it. I originally purchased this privately from “Hollywood Heroes,” whose put up a number of RGB things over the years including the Ecto Glow copter prototype, I believe, and the Powerpack Heroes prototypes. This Slimer is the only one that was ever made. It is approximately 20 inches tall and is completely handmade from one of the artists of the original toy line, obviously. It was meant to be a toy Slimer that would “ooze” slime from pores all over its body. This model, of course, doesn't ooze anything. It requires a periodic increase in air content, which is simple to do, just blow it up some more. That's about it. If you have any other questions, let me know. I'll try to see if I can find someone with a digital camera so I can get a picture of the actual item. I'd show what I was given to look at when I bought it, but that was so long ago that I have nothing of it anymore.

why not just take a regular photograph and scan it?

Because I'd have to then use up an entire roll to develop one picture. At any rate, someone has emailed me that seems to be genuinely interested, and because of his knowledge of it, will probably be buying it. Anyone else, just email me or whatever, but I'm not going to buy a roll of film for one picture.
