Just a look back at all you may or may not have gone through if you were around. If not, check it out to see what it was like to zip through Ghostbusters Legion and the lovely relationship with its' creator…

Trip down memory lane, that's for sure.

Only thing he missed on the timeline was Clavet showing back up here to slam the GB:TOS comic after the 5 page preview was released.

I actually thought that the Legion comic series itself was really good, and I've caught myself going back to re-read it. Just sad the business side of it was run so poorly.

I've seen it on a few other threads too–maybe something happened and Chad restored from a day-old backup or something?

Did they vanish? I thought something had gone down with it. Now no one will ever know that you and Iain agreed with me completely, Ben!

Iain and I agreed with you as much as you thought Sebastien Clavet was a marketing genius.

Just for more nostalgia: while going through my email account, I ran across this good one from March 30, 2006 (The last email we got):

The following is an email sent to you by an administrator of “WEAVER HALL”.

Hello All! I have to address the refund requests situation that has been growing lately. First of all, I can not blame anyone who is tired of this ridiculous delay, I am the first to admit it. I too would be pissed if a company was holding my money for that long. I have no other excuse than my own innexperience on handling pre-orders. I should have made sure that 100% of the required funds to publish were available. Now I know what went wrong and I know what to do to avoid such mistake for the future.
What I am doing right now is working on getting financing to complete the necessary amount to publish the HC. Refund requests were low in the past and I was able to do them. Now there is a lot more and I can't absorb that many requests. It's a case of me making 1 step forward getting the funds to publish, and 2 steps back to refund customers who are perfectly legitimate in requesting a refund.
This situation has no easy or simple solution and I apologize for it. Your money is not lost, the book will be published no matter what, you will recieve what you paid for.
Best
Sebastien
