REMINDER - 88mph Alternative

Just to serve as a reminder for those that do not know or have forgotten.

In light of the continued delays/non-existence of an 88mph hardcover/trade-paper-back, people may wish to look at the paper back collection of the Legion Miniseries consisting of all story content from issues 1-4 of the comic book series bound together by Titan Books Ltd and IS currently available, with no preorder being required.

As this is published by a seperate company to 88mph, you need not worry about further financing Sebastian Clavat if you have a moral issue with that.

The product can be found here:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ghostbusters-Legion-Andrew-Dabb/dp/1845760751/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1201629249&sr=1-1

Currently only available in the UK, it is still possible for US customers to order from over seas.

I hope this fulfills the needs of those who initially refrained from buying the comics in order to buy the Hard Cover and have been dissapointed.

I take it it's safe to assume that this thing STILL hasn't come out?

Three years later….

I hope the video game doesn't befall the same fate.

Yeah I keep pondering about this alternative option for the UK Titan edition of GB Legion collected. Hopefully it'll come out soon from 88MPH. Seb stated it would have more bonus extra like material compared to the Titan version. Feel sorry for all those who ordered the hardcover still. I ordered the trade paperback through the comic stores, and await its final printed (hopefully) eventual release. I never ordered that hardcover either.

My “alternative” was just to download the bloody thing.

God bless the internet.

To bad it doesn't get released like a web comic. the people at www.lfgcomic.com seem to be doing okay, they are currently releasing a hardcover and individual paper issues.

If it was released a page per week, with ad revenue, it may even get new people interested, and allow the ongoing series to be produced… plus that way real comics wouldn't need to be created until the demand was great enough… but maybe it's to late for that…

The titan release is good, you get The Zeddemore Factor and a bunch of covers too. I never heard of all the problems witht ht eoriginal when I bought it - it's nice to get something done well for the UK though. Cheers titan!

Got this as a gift a couple years back. Its a great replacement for the promised and never released… And a helluva lot cheaper too.
