REMINDER - 88mph Alternative

In the sad hope of beating a dead horse, has there been ANY new updates with the book? I still have my “copy” pre-ordered, but I remember hearing that some of the head guys here may be looking into providing an alternative.

Did anything ever come of that or still working on it?

I ordered my book in February of 2005. God, that seems like a lifetime ago. So much has changed since then….

Nothing has happened, other than 88MPH giving it's internet domain to BTTF.com.

I just clicked on the Amazon.UK link and the book isn't available at all. Whether its out of print or what we may not know. Titans books' own website has never listed this on the site except the RGB UK reprints. So it loooks like the alternative Legion trade is no longer an option.

Has it really? That's kind of funny and ironic at the same time. But anyway, yeah, that comic has been on hiatus forever and never going to get published. In fact, a lot of the people who pre-orderd never even got their money back.

Im wondering if I should have posted this in my Comic question thread but…this is GB Legion isn't it? I thought Legion was only 4 issues. Are all the other covers on this page just alternate covers from multiple printings?

There are 6 covers for Legion #1, 2 for Legion #2, 2 for Legion #3, and 3 for Legion #4… that comes to 4 issues, with a total of 13 different covers.

They've incorrectly listed the Trap cover as an issue of Legion, when it is, in fact, The Zeddemore Factor.

I am really glad that I went and purchased the softcover TPB from the UK branch of Amazon.com when I did. I think ebay mite have some copies floating around from time to time if remember right.

Even without the piece Dan Ackroyd was going to right the softcover collection has the Zeddemore factor in color and a gallery featureing all the different Legion cover art work.

I had to order mine second hand from ebay and it's an ex-library copy, but so glad I did.
This is a nice book. It'll look nice on the shelf next to ‘The Other Side’ and ‘Ghostbusted’ trades.

In related news: Former Legion scribe Andrew Dabb has just penned the 4/23 episode of Supernatural called “Jump The Shark.”

(Still trying to get my money refunded through PayPal. I'm a broke optimist.)

Indeed, it´s now a BTTF site.
