Is there any replay value to career mode? Like, once you have beaten the game, can you go back and play it with all your upgrades, money, etc instead of just restarting the whole game over again from scratch each time you wanna play? I havent beaten the game yet, so was just wondering, I sure hope so.

You can replay any mission you want, and while you won't have every upgrade you had at the end of the game, you will have the ones you bought in that level, I think. It's kinda weird, I tended to have different upgrades bought and money every time I'd replay a level. I haven't quite figured that out yet.

Plus it's worth it to play through more than once to make sure you collect all the artifacts and PKE scan every ghost type.

Mainly this. I loved going through it a second time in order to collect all the ghost scans and artifacts that I missed first time through…

Additionally playing it again on a higher difficulty (depending on what you played it on in your original run) adds some replay as it makes some area's that were difficult to begin with relatively impossible
