allowed: jpg jpeg png gif bmp tif tiff swf < 1.5 megabytes

I've uploaded numerous .png avatars and signature images there, so it should work just fine.

IF that doesn't work, you could always open a photobucket account. Although they tend to resize large images (*egon)
