RGB emoticons/Icons

I want to make some too but I have no idea what program to use. Can anyone help me out?

i have photoshop elements… which should be JUST as good

EDIT: ok, here is mine… its a little bit discolored because ofmy image hosting, but if it ever gets used… then i could just send it to the proper authorities…this is just a preview:

Well, I did manage to make a tiny icon of Egon's head. The problem is that he's so small that I really couldn't get him to show any distinct emotion (basically defeating the purpose of an “emoticon”). Plus, despite how tiny he is I had to make him 4-6 pixels taller than the existing emoticons just to compensate for his hair. :-)

To the best of my knowledge I'm not allowed to link to portions of my own website (SOMEBODY never responded to the email or PM I sent in regards to doing that ), so I'm going to attempt to temporarily (VERY temporarily) load the “outlined version” of the icon as my avatar. If anyone would like to host the icon just for the sake of this thread please feel free.

That's very cool, and it would be cool if the current selection was expanded on, I've done a few myself which I'll upload at some point.

You know how in the beginning of the RGB cartoon when the ghost is smiling (mouth open) as it strides? (You all should know, it's in the avatar gallery) Well, that might be an idea for the emoticons.

Or maybe for a smirk emoticon there can be a Speck picture or something.

Well, that's all of them. As I said, they're so darn small that it's hard to give them much in the way of distinct expressions. I may however, try to animate a few of them to see if I can pull a little more emotion out of them.
