RIP 3D Realms

I know there were doubters….and I know some said that it would never come out, but I never thought this would happen.

I can;t believe Duke Nukem is gone….I thought he would never die, but….he is gone.

I am so sorry to to the employees of 3d realms. I am even more sorry their hardwork was for nothing.

Take-Two still holds the rights for Duke so there is still hope…as small as it may be.

To bad about 3D Realms however..

I hope…..someone finishes the game. At least, I hope that they can someday go back and finish it.

I have been a Duke fan for as long as I can remember.

It's sad to see a part of my gaming history die, 3D Realms and Id Software from the foundation of my gaming history, and now half of it is gone.

to the former employees of 3D Realms, good luck on your future endeavors, wherever they may be.

I remember when I bought my first Duke Nukem game, I believe it was, ‘Total Meltdown’, when I was 14. My mom whent BALISTIC! because it had a “Parental Advisory” sticker on it, but the store sold it to me anyway. I didn't notice until the 3rd time I played it, why they put the PA sticker on it.

3D realms is actually no more. They are sueing the parent company Apogee.

Interesting turn of events….

Does this mean that 3D Realms is going to have to be busted since it has apparently returned from the grave..

or did we just get Trolled by 3D Realms?
