I think we got troll'd, looks like they let the Duke Nukem Never team go though, but 3D Realms itself is still open.

Does this mean that 3D Realms is going to have to be busted since it has apparently returned from the grave..
or did we just get Trolled by 3D Realms?
If I am reading this correctly, 3D realms wasn't dead….it is on life support and refusing to die. It seems Take-two tried to sue, but now 3D realms is counter-suing them.
No doubt alot of the Realms developers got fired, but it might not be dead.
I am so happy, this means Duke isn't dead yet.

Yep, essentially 3D Realms got a game over and decided to hit continue before the countdown was over…
I wonder, now that a lawsuit is involved, if we will see DN:F sometime in the near future.

As I know, Duke Nukem Forever has 12 years on the process… with this whole thing, I think the game will be delayed a 12 years more. :s

Man I was depressed when I first read this topic title! Glad they're not quite out of the picture yet.
I remember playing Duke Nukem 3D when it first came out, there was famous Quake Vs DN3D wars in magazines. I personally loved them both for what they were… individual.
I hope Forever does eventually get made. And I guess I can wait, I'm a patient guy, and I have enough games to play as it is!
