I believe this discussion will be more accessible if moved to the GB RPG forum, leaving this just for the webmasters to answer your request. (It seems some people just started doing it already)

Anyway, how do you play Ghostbusters International in a chat room or even online? With no miniatures, the hexagon paper? The whole rules, equipment etc., are also a bit extensive and the RPG webpage linked has very little of it.
