um…that's Venkman. He even says “me neither, I mean” because he was correcting himself

the line IMMEDIATELY before that is the Rookie saying “Me too.”
Even look at the name tag of the character saying it. It's the Rookie

the camera does happen to move past the rookie at that time, but it's not actually him speaking. You can even check the subtitles.

“Me too! Me neither…I mean”

Yes its Venkman that is saying that, not the Rookie. Same thing is said on the Wii version but the cutscene on the Wii version makes it more clear that Peter is saying it.

Why would Venkman be saying that if he's first in line….

Just because the Rookie is first in the line doesn't mean he has to speak first.

His head moves, yes, but his mouth doesn't move in any way similar to the words “Me too”… its more just gritting his teeth.

I think this video makes it perfectly clear that this line is NOT spoken by the Rookie.

Let alone that Venkman wouldn't be saying “Me neither, I mean.” unless he was correcting something he had previously said, that being “Me too.”

There are some mistakes in this game where people are speaking and yet no mouths are moving. This scene included. If Venkman did say that line which now I am thinking he did because the voice sounds the same….his mouth does not move one inch. It stays in that grimace.

I have even had moments where Ray's mouth move yet no dialogue comes out. Like he was supposed to say something, but it was cut. Game mechanics have caused moments where dialogue can get cut despite it sounding like it is part of a whole.

I just want to clarify that just because someone's mouth moves or not proves they say something is wrong as mistakes can happen in animations. Even in movies it happens thanks to the editing process. How many times have you watched a movie where someone else's voice comes out of someone else's mouth?
