Does anyone have any Ideas on what this should sell for?

Well, it's hard to tell exactly what all you have and the exact condition. Your best pieces are going to be the MOC figures - and how much they are worth really depends on just how mint they are. I've seen individual figures for those lines go for around 50.00 each - if they are in great shape. As for the rest of it, considering the missing pieces, played with condition, I'd say maybe around 100 for the lot.

Keep in mind - this is just my personal opinion and it's not really backed by much except what I've seen stuff sale for in the past.
