New ecto-1
Would Any Body Sell There Ecto caddy for $1,000,000.
Trust me, you have no idea what you're getting yourself into.
I apologise in advance, this will come off as heavy handed but it's what I know.
1) This is the wrong section to post this message. The best place would most likely have been in the
Marketplace forum.
2) I hope you realise just how many people post on a forum like this offering to buy an Ectomobile. I hope you also realise how many people post on a forum like this asking to buy a prop.
3) One million dollars? That's a lot better then a lot of offers people have made for an ectomobile… But there's the old saying: “If it looks too good to be true, it usually is”. Firstly, how have you been able to get $1,000,000 so you can use it to purchase an Ecto-1 replica? Furthermore, why haven't you used it to finance your own Ectomobile replica? I find this even more unlikely as your signature on your profile says you're a McDonald's worker.
4) What proof can you show us that you have that monetary amount? We know nothing about you, we don't know how old you are… We don't know what sort of job you have or if you're trust worthy… all we know thus far is that you say you're in New Jersey and that's one of your first post few posts which has a somewhat unrealistic proposal to buy someone's Ectomobile.
Few members here actually own an Ectomobile, even fewer own one that's built out of the correct year and make Cadillac. I couldn't honestly put a price on the craftmanship of the replicas I've seen but if you're after one which is nigh-on identical to the car in the first film you may not meet anyone who'd be willing to sell theirs.
If you really have a million dollars at your disposal… you'd probably be better of using it to build your own.
I hope that helps.
