Anybody deal with a guy from Canada named Toren Atkinson? He's supposed to make a tape of RGB episodes for me. I sent him a money order for $13 just over a week ago. I emailed him this morning to see if he had gotten it yet, and just received a “Delivery Failure” email saying my email was returned.
Anybody know if this guy is legit? We were communicating pretty often up to about a week before I sent the MO.
Okay, Toren Atkinson is legit. I should have posted this sooner, but it slipped my mind for too long. The episodes I got were better quality than I was expecting. It took a little while, but the deal was a success and I got my episodes. Just wanted to post a good review for Toren.

How legit is paranorman?
I have him creating a pack for me from scratch, but have not heard any replies from a few emails just checking on progress over the course of 6 weeks.
I would like to think he's very reliable, as he seems to be in high demand, but the lack of communication is worrisome.
Anyone have any experiences with him? His ebay score is 100%, as well.

Yeh he is pretty good, I got some stuff from Charles not long ago and he is quick and reliable
I also love Hyperdynelabs.com they have great electronics and can even do custom work and its allways pretty quick
I tried gettin up with Exoray but he wont ever write anyone back so..that kinda sucks, I had a proton gunlite kit from him before and it was great but it would appear he fell off the face of the earth

Charles is not a trustworthy seller. I quote his entry in the blacklisted seller list on Proptopia and GBFans:

Has recast numerous parts over the past several years, and has lied about it when confronted. While some of his parts are of good quality, he has stolen the work of others to profit off of them. This seller should be avoided at all costs. Most recently (July 2008) he copied the work of user namebrand to sell recasts of his aluminum Proton Gun trigger tip.
